Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking payment.
Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the appointment payment will be forfeited.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the full service payment. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Payments: All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable for late cancellations, late arrivals exceeding the grace period, and no-shows.
Respect the Schedule: Each appointment reserves dedicated time for your grooming service. These policies ensure fairness, professionalism, and timely service for all clients.
